This method uses your existing Safari data; no separate download is required.

If the Android APK fails to install, check that "Unknown Sources" is enabled: go to Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps, find your file manager or browser, and toggle permission on. If a security warning appears stating "Certificate cannot be verified," this is normal for third-party APKs; tap "Install anyway" to proceed—our APK is signed and safe. On iOS, if "Add to Home Screen" does not appear, ensure you are using Safari (not Chrome) and that you are on the menit4d web app page (not a different site). If the app icon does not launch after adding to home screen, try clearing Safari cache: go to Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data, then re-add the shortcut.

The menit4d Android app requests permissions for contacts (to populate your mobile-number field during signup), location (to verify your jurisdiction—we do not store location permanently), and camera (for KYC identity verification). All permissions are optional except login credentials; you can deny location and camera and still use the app. We encrypt all data in transit using TLS 1.3 and store your password using industry-standard hashing. Best practices and account security on menit4d

After you install and log in to menit4d, enable two-factor authentication (2FA) immediately: go to Account Security in your settings, choose SMS or an authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator), and follow the prompts. 2FA prevents unauthorised login even if someone obtains your password. Set a strong password (16+ characters, mixed case, numbers, symbols) and never share it. Update your password every 3–6 months. If you suspect unauthorized access, log out on all devices (Account → Active Sessions → Sign Out Everywhere), reset your password, and contact our support team via the Help menu.
